Background & Experience
Sharon is a Life Sciences attorney with almost 18 years of experience providing practical, solutions-oriented advice to pharmaceutical and medical device companies on a wide range of issues, with a particular emphasis on collaborative counseling related to promotional and non-promotional product communications. She has served on a large number of promotional review committees spanning multiple therapeutic areas, including respiratory, oncology, neurology, women's health, dermatology, and addiction.
Sharon also has significant experience advising on the development and implementation of healthcare compliance programs and has conducted dozens of training programs for employees at all levels of an organization, from field-based personnel to senior executives and Boards. In addition, Sharon has assisted compliance and legal departments with conducting internal investigations concerning alleged compliance violations and has presented findings and recommended corrective actions to senior leadership.
